Foreign Order Basics
(Enter your order online, however at check out select "Check or Money Order". This will allow the order to be accepted by the online system and reserve inventory. Then pending our review, you will be sent an invoice for approval along with payment options.)
1. All orders require prepayment in US dollars and all documents are to be prepared in English.
2. Orders are subject to a $150 shipping deposit which is applied towards obtaining Phytosanitary Certificate and actual shipping charges. Customer will be refunded or billed for differences. There is also a minimum product total of $350 USD.
3. We may ship using UPS, FedEx or USPS with the International Commercial Term (Incoterm) of CPT (Carriage Paid To) which indicates the seller is responsible for arranging carriage (transportation) to the named place, but not for insuring the goods to the named place. Furthermore delivery of the goods takes place, and risk transfers from seller to buyer, at the point where the goods are taken in charge by a carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS). Any fees, including but not limited to, import duties, tariffs, inspection or quarantine fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. We will attach to your shipment a Phytosanitary Certificate and Commercial Invoice. If your country requires an import certificate or documents other than the phytosanitary certificate and commercial invoice you are required to provide us with those documents (English) prior to shipping.
5. Farwest Iris Gardens, LLC will exercise due diligence to assure product deliver-ability. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed that which the customer has paid in UDS. We take responsibility for errors made on our part of order and document preparation. Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
